Without full transparency from a leader, there will be no trust within the team, and without trust, ideas, and input from staff will be limited.
Lead from Behind
I firmly believe that staff need to feel supported, therefore, I support them from behind.
This allows me to stay out of their way and provides them with more autonomy to make decisions.
Build people up
Gone are the days of cut-throat business practices (or at least they should be gone).
Putting people down does not do anything to help the organization, and leads to resentment and toxicity.
If you build them up, you form a work environment where everyone can thrive,
Customer Focused
Customers are the core of any business, and the only way to be successful is to have a customer focus.
If you look at technology, and processes through the customers’ lenses, you will be successful in your product or service delivery.
Teamwork
Good collaboration within a team creates opportunities for more free flowing of ideas and a better perspective because it is coming from different angles.
The collective of a true team can be much more productive than an individual alone.
